Our purchase process from private individuals

Initial consultation & property details:
You provide us with information relevant to the valuation of the property (year of construction, rental space, rental income, type of heating).

Indicative purchase price offer:
Based on the data provided, you will receive an indicative purchase price offer.

Inspection & testing:
Once the indicative offer has been approved, an inspection is carried out and all relevant documents are checked.

Confirmation of the purchase price offer with proof of equity and reference transactions:
We confirm our purchase price offer on the basis of the inspection and document check.

Notary appointment:
A purchase contract can be commissioned from the notary's office of your choice if desired.
