Maurice Frenken

Managing Director

Maurice Frenken is responsible for FRENKEN®Real Estate GmbH. He has experience in real estate consulting and real estate project development. He first worked in the real estate division of BNP Paribas Real Estate and then for the international real estate developer MOMENI.

Maurice Frenken holds a Master's degree (M.A.) from WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (B.A.) with a focus on real estate management from IU - Internationale Hochschule Bad Honnef.

Tim Frenken

Managing Director

Tim Frenken is responsible for FRENKEN®Construction Machinery GmbH. He has relevant expertise in the purchase and sale of construction machinery and commercial vehicles.

He initially worked in sales for the British manufacturer JCB. Tim Frenken holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (B.A.) with a focus on Sales Management from the IBA - International University of Cooperative Education of the F+U Group.
