FRENKEN® Holding expands residential portfolio in the Heinsberg district

The owner-managed FRENKEN® Holding has acquired a residential portfolio with a total of 28 residential units in Hückelhoven in the district of Heinsberg. The properties have been privately owned for many years and are held in the portfolio on a long-term basis via an asset management vehicle.
The transaction was carried out at an average purchase price of around € 650 per square meter. The current purchase price factor on the actual rent is around 10, with the aim of further optimizing this in the short term. The economic conditions thus offer an attractive entry point with development potential.


As part of FRENKEN® Holding's overarching ESG strategy, it is planned to convert the heating systems to district heating in the near future. The company is thus making an active contribution to the energy modernization and sustainable management of its portfolio.
