The owner-managed FRENKEN®Holding acquired a residential property in Düsseldorf Unterrath in the third quarter of 2023. The existing property was acquired from private ownership and complements the company's real estate portfolio.

A comprehensive energy modernization of the existing property is planned as well as the examination of a preliminary building application in close coordination with the city of Düsseldorf. The aim is to create additional urgently needed living space in the metropolitan region by leveraging expansion potential.
